Firstly congratulations to Claire Brant, Lynne Morgan, Paul Neyton and Sopie Nicholas, all of whom have been selected following squad trials for the London Area Masters squads. Sophie (first left on the front row) played last weekend for the over35's in the National Master tournament at Stourport, and although London only came fourth, Sophie got plenty of pitch time and enjoyed the games. This weekend sees Claire and Paul playing for London Masters for the second season running, this time for the over 55's in Bedford and Wakefield respectively. Lynne Morgan makes her debut for the newly formed London over 65's at Oxford, this weekend as well. All the best all and keep flying the flag for AHC.

Meanwhile, at the other end of the age scale, the under 14 boys are playing in the Tier 2 London final at Blackheath and Elthamians HC on Sunday morning. Congratulations on getting to the final all, enjoy your game and good luck.
