Parkrun is a free community event entirely run by volunteers, where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. Parkrun is 5km and takes place every Saturday morning at 9 am.

Parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last.

We would like to provide at least 5-6 marshals, 1-2 tail walkers and get as many Ashford members as possible to walk, jog or run the course with their AHC shirts on.

If you want to volunteer to marshal or tailwalk OR would like to track your running time, you also would need to register on the parkrun website

Everyone is welcome to come along, children under 11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. You can run with dogs but only one per person and kept on a short lead.
