The meeting is the opportunity for everyone to understand the current developments within the Club, to elect and/or be elected as an officer of the Club or a team captain and to raise questions or comments to the current Committee. As a result, it is important that everyone attends so that any appointments made, and proposals adopted are a true reflection of the members’ feelings.

As a reminder, nominations for Officers must be received by the Honorary Secretary prior to the Annual General Meeting signed by the nominator, seconder and nominee. Nominations can also be accepted from the floor provided that the nominator, seconder and nominee are present. We have already received lots of nominations but are still looking for people to volunteer for next season.

We would like to encourage as many people as possible to attend, so we have booked the function room for the meeting.

We will also arrange for people to join the meeting online (if they are not able to attend in person) . Please contact me for the link.

Are you a budding Team Captain?, Social media superstar? or graphic designer? Would you like to help out with Website content?, Photography? or communicating about the club to members and within our local community. Perhaps you would like to help arrange Social Events at the club? or you are a sales whizz kid and could help with recruiting new members to the club? WE NEED YOUR SKILLS!
